Patient Spotlight: Julia Rossi

Julia has been a patient of Hope PT on and off for a couple of years. Most recently, Julia came to us with a significant hamstring strain she sustained during cheerleading practice.
Julia is one of the captains for the New England Patriots Cheerleaders! Coincidentally, our favorite team.
Julia has always been at the top of her game, whether it be a dance competition or cheerleading, she has even been to a couple of Super Bowls.

She has made great strides with her physical therapy, allowing her to return to the field and performing at all the games so far this season.
We love watching our team, and our favorite cheerleader. Thanks Julia for lighting up our office and Gillette Stadium.

Go Pats!

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

Moving every day is the key to your good health!  It doesn't have to be the gym; maybe a walk with your dog or best friend (for me that's the same!), some yoga or core strengthening, dancing, hiking, anything you enjoy.  Treat yourself and see this as your self-improvement time or time of gratitude.  If you look at it this way, it is no longer a chore, but a beautiful choice.
